Refund Policy

Glasses Magic aims to provide you with the best shopping experience, no matter where you are. If you need to apply for return, exchange, or refund, please pay attention to the following matters:

1.Order Modification and Cancellation

  • Within 1 hour after placing the order: You can modify or cancel the order for free;
  • During order processing: Modification or cancellation is not allowed. Otherwise, 20% of the frame price and 40% of the prescription lens price will be deducted;
  • When the order is ready to ship: Modification or cancellation is not allowed. Otherwise, 20% of the frame price and 80% of the prescription lens price will be deducted.

2.365-Day Warranty

Glasses Magic provides a 365-day warranty for its products (the start date of the policy is subject to the date when the package is signed for as shown in the logistics information). If you find obvious material or craftsmanship defects in the product after receiving it, Glasses Magic offers one free exchange service.

Note: Man-made damage is not covered by the 365-day warranty policy, and the loss shall be borne by you.

3.30-Day Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with the ordered goods for any reason, we are happy to provide return and exchange services. Please ensure that the goods remain in a brand-new state within 30 days, without being altered, worn, cleaned, or damaged, and are in their original packaging. (The start date of the policy is subject to the date when the package is signed for as shown in the logistics information)

Please contact us to apply for exchange or return within 30 days after receiving the package. Requests made after 30 days will not be considered. We will reply within 24 hours on working days.

Please send photos of the goods to us by email for reference.

3.1 Return:

  • 3.1.1 For quality issues: You can request a full refund within 30 days after confirming receipt of the goods.
  • 3.1.2 For non-quality issues, customers will be responsible for all incurred fees including round shipping fee, transaction fee, etc. Regarding order with prescription lenses, the eyewear has been a customized item and won't be available for anyone else, so please kindly understand that the amount of prescription lenses can't be refunded; only the amount of frame can be refunded. When you enjoy benefits (such as discounts, free shipping, etc.) while shopping, the corresponding benefit amount will be deducted.

3.2 Exchange:

  • 3.2.1 For quality issues: You can request an exchange within 30 days after confirming receipt of the goods. For the price difference between the exchanged goods, we will charge you or refund the overcharged amount. Freight and taxes shall be borne by the seller.
  • 3.2.2 For non-quality issues: The customer shall bear all incurred costs, such as round-trip freight, taxes, etc. For the price difference between the exchanged goods, we will charge you or refund the overcharged amount.

No restocking fee will be charged.

We will process the refund within 3 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

After the refund application is processed, it will take 7-14 days for the refund to reach your account (this mainly depends on the processing time of the bank).

4.Delivery Failure / Refusal of Goods / Wrong Delivery Address

If the goods are delayed or the package is damaged due to incomplete or incorrect address information, Glasses Magic will not be liable for any expenses or exchange requests. Please carefully check the address before placing the order.

5.Notes

Please ensure that you fully understand the ordered goods before purchasing to avoid any dissatisfaction.

Liability for lost packages: Customers must contact us before sending the package back to us for return or exchange, as we are not liable for lost packages. Moreover, if you send the package back without permission, we reserve the right to refuse it.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the customer shall bear all incurred costs, including freight, transaction fees, etc. The specific freight depends on the transportation method/company chosen by the customer.

If the return is caused by Glasses Magic, such as receiving damaged, defective, or incorrect goods, the consumer shall not be liable for related costs.
