Total Delivery Time = processing time + shipping time.

Processing Time:

1.Customize regular glasses with prescriptions:

  • 2-4 business days.
  • If you choose the lenses with a index of 1.74, selected other lens functions, such as prism, progressive lens  etc, or the degree is beyond the normal range, it may take longer, estimated to be 3 to 7 business days.

2.Customize sunglasses with prescriptions:

  • 5-7 business days.

Asian region:

All countries can be delivered to.

Customs & Taxes:

Orders shipped may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied when your parcel arrives in your country. Orders shipped to countries out of the United States may have taxes or duties with a random inspection. If you have any questions, please contact us at help@glassesmagic.com. Please do not directly reject or return. Any charges incurred for rejection or return shall be by customers.

Glasses Magic is NOT responsible for any duties and taxes. Please contact the local customs office on your side for more information regarding customs policies.

Sign for Delivery

It is strongly recommended for you Sign For Delivery.   We ship to the correct address you left for your order but we won't be responsible for the loss caused by your authorization to leave the parcel in front of the door, courtyard or any place else.

Note:

1.Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to.

2.When encountering with force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits.

3.We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us at help@glassesmagic.com within 3 business days after receiving your order.

Orders Tracking:

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped.

2.Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
